General Ordering

·      All orders require payment in full at the time the order is placed.

·      Orders must be placed in person or over the phone. We do not accept orders via social media or email.

·      We recommend orders be placed at least 1 week in advance to secure the date.

Cancellation/Change Policy

·      Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.

·      A full refund will be given if the cancellation is received more than 72 hours in advance.

·      A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is received more than 48 hours in advance.

·      Cancellations received after the 48 hour mark will not be refunded.

·      Changes/Modifications must be done no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.

·      We will not accept changes/modifications after the 48 hour mark.

·      If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. Product not picked up will be discarded after 2 days.

Return Policy

We take pride in all of our bakery products. Product flavors and textures are subjective. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please return to the store with your receipt and the product within 1 business day. A proportionate refund for the amount returned will be given. If you are unable to return the product a 50% store credit of the original purchase price will be provided. The original receipt is required for all returns.

It is our policy to show the customer their custom order before they leave the bakery.  We ask that you carefully look at your order and make sure there were no errors made.  We consider this process acceptance of the product, and no refunds will be issued in regards to the appearance after it leaves the bakery.

No refund will ever be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
